Scotch Shortbread, p 775

Last night, at 11pm, I decided to make shortbread.
because I was watching Veronica Mars, and had several more hours in front of me, and had already had three cups of tea, and had no dessert.
mmmmm. butter and sugar. that's basically it.
and it is good.


Note: recipe says 300° for 45-50 minutes. more like 25-30 minutes.
